Overview
Each month, FroggyTalk will reward the top ten customers with the most number of successful referrals. Prizes will be awarded in cash and distributed as follows:
• 1st – 10th Place: €150 each
This competition is open to all FroggyTalk users who refer others to the platform using their unique referral code or link.

Eligibility
- • Referrers must be registered FroggyTalk users with a valid account in good standing.
- • A referral counts as successful only when the referred user signs up using the referrer’s code and completes a valid transaction (i.e buy credit on the app).
- • Fraudulent, self-referrals or fake accounts will be disqualified.
- • A minimum of 5 referrals is needed per month to qualify for the monthly prize.
- • The company reserves the right to give consolation prizes to participants that do not qualify.

Tie Breakers
- • There shall be no ties for any position. If 2 or more users have the same number of referrals, the person who reached it first wins.

Fraud and Chargeback Protection
- • Only successful and settled transactions qualify for participation.
- • Refunded or disputed transactions do not count.
- • Fraudulent participants may be disqualified and accounts suspended.

Prize Distribution
- • Winners will be notified via in-app push notification and on the FroggyTalk website.
- • Prizes will be paid via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
- • Tax implications are the responsibility of the recipient.

Monthly Reset
- • Referral counts reset at midnight CET on the last day of each month.
- • A new competition cycle begins at 00:01 CET on the 1st of every month.

General Conditions
- • FroggyTalk reserves the right to:
- o Modify or cancel the competition at any time.
- o Disqualify any user suspected of gaming the system or breaching the terms.
- o Make the final call on any disputes or ambiguity in referral count or ranking.
- • By participating in the referral program, users accept these terms in full.
- • All winners agree to share a photo or video of themselves, acknowledging participation and receiving their reward. This will be used in FroggyTalk’s marketing campaigns (with consent and respect for privacy).
